Following a dozen Telegram channels means a dozen separate chats, each buffering unread counts, mixed in with actual conversations with people. There is no way to just read them.
TeleStream signs in as you and reads the channels your account already has, then prints them as one chronological timeline. It is a reader, not a client: nothing to reply to, nothing to mark read.
Problem
Reading the channels an account follows needs a real Telegram session, and a session string is as good as the account itself. Parking one on a server makes the reader a target worth attacking.
Solution
The session is created and kept in the browser, and the sign-in screen says so plainly rather than quietly. There is no account store to breach, and the warning is part of the interface, not buried in a policy page.
